Description: Fort Griffin stood as one of the line of western defensive forts from 1867-1881. This historic site offers both guided and unguided tours of the remains of this fort, as well as being the home to park of the Texas Longhorn herd.

Description: This site offers primitive camping and RV camping with reservation at a small fee. Only three of the RV sites have hookups, but all RV sites have outdoor grills, picnic tables, and fire rings.
