Housing Information 
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on base or finding a home off-base within the community.

• As soon as you find out you'll be moving, contact The Housing Management Office (325) 696-2150. You will be provided with the latest information on local housing, referral services and relocation assistance. 

Dyess AFB On Base Housing

• Single airmen in the rank of E1-E4, with less than 3 years of service should contact The Unaccompanied Housing Office (325) 696-4402.

• On-base housing for Dyess AFB is privatized and operated by Balfour Beatty Communities (325) 701-9276, which offers more than 650 homes in seven distinct neighborhoods. Homes offered are 2-4 bedroom with fenced backyards, two-car garage, washer & dryer hookups, fully equipped kitchens, master suites with walk-in closets, central heating and air as well as ceiling fans.
